The corners at Most have no official names; they are numbered from 1 to 21.
On the truck racing calendar since 1993 as the Czech Truck Prix. In 2026 Most was round 4 of 7 (29–30 August) with four races. Winners 2026: Norbert Kiss won races 1 and 3, Lukas Hahn won race 2 ahead of his father Jochen, and Steffi Halm won race 4, just 0.448 seconds ahead of Kiss. Adam Lacko finished third in front of his home crowd. The truck lap record has stood at 2:01.340 since 2009 (David Vršecký).
The Autodrom was built between 1978 and 1983 on a former opencast mine and is the oldest permanent racing circuit in the Czech Republic. Since 2021 the Superbike World Championship has also raced here.
