The fastest circuit in Great Britain: long, fast sweeping corners and unforgiving kerbs.

The map has neither numbers nor names. We assigned the names using a circuit guide; numbers 1 to 9 are our own count, not the official numbering of the twelve corners. The marker positions are approximate. It is not explicitly confirmed whether the trucks use the circuit unchanged. We have taken the 2027 date from the Box59 calendar; it has not yet been cross-checked against a BTRC page.
The British Truck Racing Championship (BTRC) is a regular visitor here: in July 2025 and on 16 and 17 May 2026. In 2027 Thruxton is round 5 of 7 on 28 and 29 August. Five races are held over the weekend in two divisions.
July 2025 in Division 1: five races, five different winners (Ryan Smith, Stuart Oliver, Tom O’Rourke, David Smith, John Bowler). In Division 2, Simon Cole won three races and Bradley Harvey two. Note for the commentary: Stuart Oliver is a ten-time champion, Ryan Smith a nine-time champion. The lap record is held by Michael Oliver (MAN TGS), Stuart Oliver’s son.
Church is considered the fastest corner in Great Britain. According to Wikipedia, the BARC (British Automobile Racing Club) and the BTRC, the circuit itself is the fastest in the country, with formula cars reaching top speeds of over 300 km/h. The RAF Thruxton airfield was the departure point for the paratroopers of the Bruneval raid, who captured German radar equipment on the French coast.
