The map shows the Grand Prix circuit (3.916 km). The Indy circuit used by the trucks is not marked on it. The map has no corner numbers; the figure of 6 corners refers to the Indy circuit. Depending on the source, the length of the Indy circuit is given as 1.944 km or 1.928 km.
The British Truck Racing Championship (BTRC) races here on the Indy circuit, built around Paddock Hill Bend and the tight Druids hairpin. In 2027 Brands Hatch is on the calendar twice: as round 1 on 3 and 4 April and as the finale (round 7) on 6 and 7 November.
The series has been running for more than 30 years. In 2017 Brands Hatch was the season opener with four races per class: Class A produced four different winners, and afterwards Stuart Oliver (Volvo) was two points ahead of Ryan Smith. In 2019 the BTRC raced here on 21/22 April and 2/3 November. The European Truck Racing Championship (ETRC) does not race here.
Between 1964 and 1986 Formula 1 held the British Grand Prix here, alternating with Silverstone, and the European Grand Prix in 1983 and 1985. BTRC veteran Dave Jenkins calls Brands Hatch the place where European truck racing grew in the early 1990s.
